Panacea = The Cure All

The word "restaurant" is derived from the French word restaurer, which means "to restore oneself." Rooted in seasonality and local ingredients, Panacea's driving force is to create food, drink, and an atmosphere that nourishes the soul.

 

Chef Owners Jacob Somers and Khendum Namgyal met in 2018 while cooking at the iconic Union Square Cafe. Working hyper seasonally during those years created a deep connection to the farms of the Hudson Valley and the bounty they produce.
